By accessing or using RestaurantExplore (the "Service"), including our website and mobile app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

RestaurantExplore helps you discover restaurants, view menus, prices, opening hours and deals, and read and write reviews.

Restaurant details, menus, prices, timings and deals are provided for general information and can change without notice. We do our best to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee it — please confirm important details with the restaurant or the relevant bank before relying on them. We are not responsible for the food, service or offers provided by restaurants or banks.

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• Let us know promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings and photos you submit. By posting them, you grant RestaurantExplore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

Content you post must be honest and based on your own experience. You must not post content that:

• is false, misleading, or written in exchange for payment or other benefit;
• is abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene or discriminatory;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• contains personal information about others, spam, advertising or links to malicious sites;
• is unlawful or encourages unlawful activity.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

When using the Service you agree not to:

• manipulate ratings, points, badges or leaderboards, including by using multiple accounts;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download data except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• reverse engineer the app or use the Service to build a competing product.

Points, badges and leaderboard positions are for fun and recognition only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and we may adjust or reset them — for example to correct errors or abuse.

The Service, including its design, software, logos and compiled data, belongs to RestaurantExplore or its licensors. Restaurant names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content except as allowed by these Terms or by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to in order to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestaurantExplore is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on restaurant information, deals or user reviews, or from your dealings with restaurants and banks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
