Ingredients

["1 cup chicken breast or thighs (halal-certified), cut into small pieces","1\/2 cup plain yogurt (halal-certified)","2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice","2 cloves garlic, minced","1 teaspoon grated ginger","1 tablespoon vegetable oil (halal-certified)","Salt, to taste","Black pepper, to taste","Chopped cilantro or mint leaves, for garnish"]

Instructions

Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro or mint leaves.
