Lahore, 17 August 2025 – The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has arrested renowned Pakistani YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman , popularly known as Ducky Bhai , at Lahore Airport. The arrest follows ongoing investigations into multiple criminal allegations, with his name appearing on the official PNIL (Person Not In List) watchlist. Reports indicate he attempted to flee the country but was apprehended before departure.

• Weapons Display Incident (October 2024) : Ducky Bhai and his wife, Aroob Jatoi , were briefly detained by the Lahore Model Town Organized Crime Unit after Aroob appeared in a social media post displaying a firearm. • Traffic Violation (April 2025) : The National Highways & Motorway Police filed a case against Ducky Bhai for dangerous driving. A video surfaced showing him driving on a motorway with his feet on the steering wheel, eyes closed. A FIR was lodged under sections related to reckless driving.

Attempted Escape Foiled

Investigations suggest Ducky Bhai attempted to leave Pakistan in an effort to evade legal proceedings. However, his name being flagged on the PNIL list enabled airport authorities to intercept and arrest him before departure.
